The case

Clarification

• 23-yr-old Afro-Caribbean football histrion underwent pre-participation cardiovascular screening.
• He exercised for 12 hours per week.
• He did non report any sinister cardiac symptoms.
• He was non on any regular medications and in that location was no family history of premature sudden cardiac death or cardiomyopathy.
• Clinical test was normal.
